Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes, we do! We understand that investing in your business is a big step, and we want to make it manageable for you. For most of our services, we offer flexible payment plans that allow you to break up the total into 2 or 3 installments.

A deposit is required to get started, and the remaining balance is split across agreed-upon dates. This way, you can move forward with confidence and get the support you need without financial strain.

Will my business information remain confidential?

A: Absolutely. Your privacy and trust are a top priority at Katalyst Social. Any information you share with us, including strategy, login credentials, analytics, or internal operations, is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

We do not share, sell, or disclose client information under any circumstances. If needed, we’re also happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for added peace of mind.
